GTA Painters Call-Out Policy
Effective Date: 26 April 2025 At GTA Painters, based in Harrow, UK, we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality painting services. To ensure clear communication and smooth scheduling for all our clients, please review our Call-Out Policy below.
1. Scheduling a Call-OutCall-outs can be arranged by phone, email, or through our website.All appointments are subject to availability and will be confirmed by our team. For urgent or same-day call-outs, additional charges may apply (see Section 4).
2. Call-Out FeesStandard call-out fee: £50 This fee covers the initial site visit, assessment, and quotation where required.The call-out fee may be waived if the visit leads to a confirmed project booking (subject to management approval).
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will incur the £50 call-out fee.No-shows (if we arrive and are unable to access the site or the client is unavailable) will also incur the £50 call-out fee.

4. Emergency or Out-of-Hours Call-Outs Emergency or out-of-hours call-outs may be available upon request, subject to staff availability. Emergency call-out rates will be quoted at the time of booking, depending on the time and urgency of the request.
5. Site Access Requirements The client is responsible for ensuring clear, safe access to the property at the scheduled time.If access is restricted, unsafe, or unavailable, the call-out may be canceled at our discretion, and the £50 call-out fee will still apply.
6. Payment Terms Call-out fees are due upon completion of the site visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer. A receipt or invoice will be issued for all payments made.
7. Policy Updates GTA Painters reserves the right to update this Call-Out Policy at any time. Clients will be informed of any significant changes in advance.
